The PARNEVU ordering process is intended to be quick and efficient, if at any time you have problems please contact us.
Please also visit our store locator for locations around the United States that sell PARNEVU products if you are interested in making an in-store purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns from purchases made outside of PARNEVU.com.
PARNEVU shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently using a weight- based shipping system within the Continental United States and Worldwide. We usually use USPS Priority Mail or DHL ground service. International orders are shipped through DHL. We ask that you allow up to 1 week for processing and delivery time. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
PARNEVU respects your privacy and we do not share your personal information. We only collect information to provide you with an enhanced shopping experience. We use e-mail, traditional mail, and occasionally, the telephone to communicate with you regarding your orders. We also email special promotions and announcements. If you do not want to receive future correspondence from PARNEVU, please contact us.
When you place an order at PARNEVU.com your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number are encrypted using a secure sockets layer (SSL). This makes your information virtually impossible to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. Any information sent to us is stored and protected from unauthorized access.
PARNEVU accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us toll free at 800.448.6548. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, or cash.
PARNEVU strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
We will refund your credit card with the full purchase price, as well as applicable shipping costs.
